Finally, we execute — and you open your property up to prospective buyers. I'll review and analyze the feedback often, adapting as needed until we find you the perfect buyer.


Once in escrow, I will manage important dates and deadlines to keep us on track to close. I can coordinate communication with the buyers, title office, the buyer's lender and more. I promise to streamline and keep you informed along the way, advising you and advocating on your behalf.


While the goal is to get to the closing table, I may raise red flags if I suspect the other party is not acting in good faith. I will be one step ahead of the process so you can focus on what's most important to you — your life.
