About Britt Guimond

My Mission

To teach you how to take control of your future and finances using real estate.

My Philosophy

A rising tide lifts all boats. We are all better off if (and only if) we have knowledge to make informed decisions about our life, energy and money. Our time on this planet is precious — cherish it and use it with love and intention.

My Core Values

  • Live with intention
  • Lead with strategy
  • Take care of the Earth
  • Experiences over things
  • Attract good energy with good energy
  • Simplify — less but better

My Process

Whether you're simply curious and want to know more, or you're committed to buying, selling or investing — I always start with a face-to-face consultation. If you're not local, we will set up a Zoom call to get the ball rolling.

After we discuss your goals and timeline, we put a strategic plan together, and we execute on it. I say what I do, and do what I say — so you'll never wonder what the next step is or where we're at in the process.

Next, we are off to the races! This may take weeks, months or years, it all depends on our strategy and your goals. The moment we go under contract, my team and I put all of our energy in getting you to the finish line.

Even after the deal is done, we keep working together. Real estate is not a one-and-done endeavor, you should always have a pulse on your equity position and may need support on the home maintenance front (HVAC, contractors, landscapers, etc.). I promise to stay in touch and continue serving you as a resource.

If you want an agent who simply gets the deal done and your relationship ends there, I'm not your girl. But if you want an agent who wants to be your resource now — and for years to come — give me a shout.

FAQs

  • What's your background?

If there's a hat, I've worn it. My background is colored — from designing kitchens and bathrooms to marketing campaigns and websites, and leading teams of designers and developers to leading a tiny human army. My experiences shaped how I show up as a REALTOR® — it's made me a better listener, a better communicator, a better strategist, and a better advisor.

  • What is a GREEN REALTOR®?

In 2022, I received the GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors®.  I am committed to creating a healthier and more sustainable environment for generations to come. I keep up with current trends and can connect you with the right folks who do right by the Earth — like solar installers, sustainable design-build and interior design firms, ethical products, humane exterminators, and much more.

  • How the heck do you say your last name?

    It's a tough one, I know. I pronounce it "ghee-moh"

  • What do you do for fun?

When I'm not chasing deadlines and/or children, I love to take full advantage of Colorado! Rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking and paddle boarding are my go-to activities. I love checking out new hot spots around town, attending local fests (Arvada's Harvest Fest is one of my faves!) and catching a show at Red Rocks — Zach Brown Band (in the rain) ranks at #1 as a core memory.

  • Where are you from?

I moved to Colorado from Chicago more than a decade ago and haven't looked back. While my midwestern roots still run deep, the community I've built in Colorado is second to none.

  • What do you invest in?

Real estate — obviously! My partner and I currently own 3 properties: a single-family home, a duplex and a condominium. We are avid members of the Bigger Pockets community (ask me for podcast and book recommendations) and are always on the hunt for our next deal!

  • What do you do for your community?

I am passionate about protecting the environment. I currently serve on Sustainable Wheat Ridge, a volunteer-led committee guiding the city of Wheat Ridge in efforts to improve community conditions across different areas of environmental sustainability.
